As a

Front of House Administrator

, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless and supportive experience for Sodexo Employees and Contractors. What you'll do:

Welcome visitors to Sodexo House with warmth and professionalism Support payroll administration by collating weekly and monthly reports. Ensure timely completion of internal orders within departmental budgets. Manage invoices and purchase orders, coordinating payments with finance. Handle procurement of stationery, uniforms, PPE, first aid supplies, copier supplies, and name badges. Manage incoming/outgoing post, and phone issues. Diary Management for Sodexo House, organise meetings, prepare agendas, take and distribute minutes, and arrange hospitality and room setups. Organise car park permits for support staff. Support with Engagement Activities such as On The Spots, Birthday Cards, Certificate etc. Oversee health, safety, and administrative tasks including first aid checks, fire warden duties and infection prevention protocols. Recruitment support and onboarding of new starters.

What you bring:

Confidence using Microsoft Office and other IT systems A strong team spirit and excellent communication skills both written and verbal The ability to stay calm, focused, and organised under pressure Ability to Multi-task Good Maths and English skills Professionalism and confidentiality Approachable
