ROLE OVERVIEW

Meldrum Group require an Front of House Administrator to join their team supporting our busy team located in our offices in Dunston.

You will report directly to the Operations Support Manager.

This role includes the update of documentation into our Project Information Management System (PIM) and supporting site teams on the completion of their weekly paperwork ensuring all information complies with our quality processes and standards. The role also includes reception cover and compliance administration support to internal operational companies.

WHAT WE ASK FOR



We are looking for a committed and positive individual with 2-3 years' experience within a similar role with experience of working with Project Information Management Systems.

You should demonstrate fantastic organisational skills and will need to be able to manage your own time and meet targets and deadlines.

Excellent verbal communication skills are essential as you will need to develop strong relationships with all levels of the business from site teams to Operational Heads.
