Location: The Webber Independent School

Start Date: August / September 2025

Job Type: Term Time only with additional weeks, 8:00am-4:30pm (40 Weeks) Full-time, Permanent

Salary: FTE 28 000 per annum- 24,231 (Actual pro rated) per annum + excellent benefits

The Webber Independent School

is seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House & Admissions Coordinatorresponsible for providing a warm, professional, and efficient first point of contact for all visitors, prospective families, and enquiries. The role combines the smooth running of the School's front-of-house and reception area with the effective coordination of the admissions process, from initial enquiry through to enrolment.

The post holder will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Admissions, overseeing administrative processes, managing accurate records within the School's Management Information System (MIS), and supporting events and communications that promote the School to prospective families.

In addition, the Front of House and Admissions Coordinator will provide high-quality administrative support across the School, ensuring the highest standards of service for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:



Deliver a welcoming, professional, and efficient reception service for all visitors, parents, pupils, and stakeholders. Ensure the reception area is well presented, safe, and compliant with GDPR and safeguarding requirements at all times. Manage incoming calls, emails, post, and messages, ensuring they are handled and directed appropriately and promptly. Coordinate the full admissions process, including:
o Responding to all enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

o Recording and maintaining all registrations and pupil movement accurately.

o Processing applications, scheduling visits and assessments, and managing correspondence.

o Maintaining and updating the MIS (iSAMS) with accurate and timely admissions data.

o Preparing reports and analysis to support admissions decision-making.

Guide prospective families through the admissions journey, delivering exceptional customer service and promoting the School's values and ethos. Assist in organising and hosting admissions-related events such as Open Days, taster sessions, and information evenings. Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Admissions to ensure effective communication with prospective and current parents, including use of the School's parent app. Support day-to-day school administration, including attendance registers, producing reports, maintaining records, and distributing communications. Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of information and processes. Provide general secretarial and administrative assistance to the Senior Leadership Team and other departments as required. Ensure fire procedure awareness and act in line with school health and safety policies.
This role requires close collaboration with various departments within the school, making it a key position in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of both the front office and admissions processes.
