Summary
We are seeking a Front of House Assistant to join our team at the Sun Inn in Kirkby Lonsdale. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities*: Greet and assist guests upon arrival
Manage reservations and check-in/check-out processes
Provide information about the inn's services and local attractions
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards
Perform cleaning tasks in the back of house
Stay over (sleep) at the Inn once or twice a week
Qualifications* Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
