Job Description

We are seeking a Full Time Front of House Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations in our bustling cafe environment.

Responsibilities:

Greeting and serving customers with a friendly attitude.

Taking orders accurately and efficiently.

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.

Assisting in food preparation and ensuring food presentation meets our quality standards.

Handling payments and operating the till.

Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not essential.

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

This is a full time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week (38.25 hours paid) over 5 days, including one weekend day as part of your rota permanent.
