What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering fantastic customer service
- Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude and ensure they have an unforgettable experience.Serving food & drinks
- Know the menu inside-out to give great recommendations and ensure consistency in presentation.Creating a great atmosphere
- Keep the restaurant and bar immaculate, with the right music and ambiance.Managing bookings & stock
- Keep records accurate and ensure the bar is always well-stocked.Using your initiative
- Spot opportunities to improve the customer experience and go the extra mile.?
Shifts are flexible but will include evenings, weekends, school holidays, and bank holidays.
