We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Front of House Assistant to join our team. This is a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day campus operations while delivering outstanding service to our tenants and visitors.
The Role:
As the Front of House Assistant, you will act as the first point of contact for the campus, providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and managing a wide range of operational and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception and Site Management
Manage visitor and delivery access via the gate intercom.
Welcome and check in/out visitors and tenants professionally.
Oversee calendars, room bookings, and site supplies.
Handle weekly invoicing and support tenant management.
Online Sales and Website Management
Manage websites, assist with marketing campaigns, and respond to customer inquiries.
Hospitality Services
Deliver concierge services, manage guest check-ins/outs, and oversee hospitality stock and webpages.
IT Support
Provide IT assistance, including password resets, network management, Excel tasks, and streamlining processes.
Health & Safety
Perform weekly alarm tests, maintain first aid kits, and schedule safety checks for emergency systems.
Ensure accurate accident reporting and complete risk assessments.
