Cuttlefish Eco Salons are seeking a Front of House Assistant to join our newly opened Worthing studio on Warwick Street. This role is about supporting our existing front of house team and ensuring that every guest receives a calm, welcoming, and professional experience from the moment they arrive.

You'll be responsible for:

Greeting and checking in clients in a warm and professional manner Supporting stylists with appointment flow and salon organisation Managing calls, enquiries, and bookings via our system Maintaining the salon environment to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation Assisting with eco-conscious salon practices and day-to-day running of the space
What we're looking for:

Excellent communication and people skills Organised and confident using booking systems (training provided) A calm, professional manner with a focus on client care Team-oriented and able to adapt to a busy salon environment
This is an in-person role at our Worthing Warwick Street Eco Salon. Previous salon or reception experience is an advantage, but not essential -- what matters most is the right attitude and commitment to supporting our team and clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,420.00-37,194.61 per year
