Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team in a fast-paced restaurant environment for EVENINGS and WEEKENDS. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our patrons. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Must be over 18 as alcohol involved. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Assist guests with any queries or special requests to enhance their dining experience. Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals. Manage time effectively to ensure all tables receive prompt attention throughout their visit. Process payments accurately and handle cash responsibly.

Skills

Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality. Knowledge of culinary practices and menu offerings. Ability to help create a positive dining atmosphere through excellent communication. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices. Proficient in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and sales. Basic maths skills for handling transactions efficiently. Excellent time management abilities to juggle multiple tables effectively. Experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment is advantageous.

Pay: 12.20-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
