Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
Take reservations and manage booking schedules efficiently
Provide attentive and friendly service throughout guests' visit
Handle guest enquiries both in person and via telephone with professionalism and courtesy
Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
Process payments accurately using the POS system
Address guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Skills
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of guest services and customer care principles
Experience with serving food and beverages efficiently and professionally
Organised, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and guest needs
A friendly, approachable manner with a genuine passion for hospitality

Pay: 12.50-13.85 per hour
