Bicester Village

for an exciting pop-up, and we're looking for exceptional

Front of House team members

to bring the tease experience to life.

The Role

As a Front of House team member, you'll be the face of tease -- delivering warm, confident service while creating an unforgettable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service Prepare and serve drinks and food to tease standards Confidently talk guests through our wellness-led menu and brand story Maintain immaculate presentation of the cafe and counter area Handle orders, payments, and queues smoothly during busy periods Work collaboratively in a fast-paced pop-up environment
Who We're Looking For

Previous cafe, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred Passion for wellness, food & drink, and premium brands Confident, personable, and well-presented Calm under pressure and thrives in high-footfall environments Reliable, punctual, and a true team player Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends
