Front of House Charity Operations, Fundraising & Marketing Manager
to play a key leadership role in the day-to-day running of our organisation.

work. You'll be the welcoming face of the organisation, while also working behind the scenes to secure funding, manage communications, and support the team.
Key Responsibilities
Front of House & Operations
Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and stakeholders
Manage reception area, phone and email inquiries
Coordinate the daily running of the space (room bookings, supplies, schedules)
Provide administrative support to the leadership team
Maintain clear communication across departments
Fundraising & Proposal Writing
Identify and apply for relevant grants, sponsorships, and funding opportunities
Write compelling proposals, applications, and donor communications
Maintain a calendar of funding deadlines and reporting obligations
Build and maintain relationships with funders and supporters
Track and report on fundraising targets and income
Marketing & Communications
Develop and manage content for social media, email newsletters, and the website
Promote the organisation's work, events, and impact to the public
Coordinate marketing campaigns and partnerships
Ensure brand consistency across all channels
Support PR efforts and community outreach
Team Support
Supervise or coordinate staff, volunteers, or interns as needed
Support team communication and scheduling
Assist with onboarding, team updates, and internal admin
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience in at least two of the following areas: fundraising, marketing, operations, front-of-house/reception
Excellent written communication skills, especially for writing proposals or content
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Confident working in a public-facing role
Experience managing email, calendars, and basic admin tasks
Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive
Desirable (but not essential)
Experience working in a non-profit or charity setting
Knowledge of funding bodies, especially within [your country/sector]
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Eventbrite, or social media schedulers
Understanding of inclusive and community-focused communication

Pay: 24,562.51-35,000.00 per year
