You will be working in a fast-moving online business at the My Baggage Group where your main responsibility is to assist our customers with any issues or questions they may have. You will be primarily interacting with customers via telephone, email, live chat and social media. You will be managing and processing customers online orders and assisting with any issues they may have by liaising with couriers and providing updates.
As front of house you will be the first point of contact for visitors at our office ensuring a professional and friendly welcome, ensuring that any requirements of visitors are catered for and that meeting spaces are available and presentable.
Duties:
Delivering real-time support to customers over the phones, emails and live chat or social media with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
Becoming an expert on the services offered by the My Baggage group.
Staying organised and keeping customers informed and up to date with information at all stages of their order.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and to a high satisfaction level.
Provide support for customers sending shipments internationally and assisting with preparing customs documentation.
Detailing any IT issues and reporting them promptly to our in house web team.
Maintain a safe and clean environment both at your desk and around our office.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Provide professional and friendly front of house support for visitors and staff at our office.
Maintain the general office and meeting rooms to a high standard, ensuring a professional image at all times.
Coordinate requirements for visitors.
Requirements
Skills:
Fluent English Speaker with strong verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide information clearly and confidently.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, update customers accurately and in a timely manner.
Comfortable learning detailed information about services, processes, and policies in order to support customers effectively.
Confident and well presented, with the ability to represent the company positively when greeting visitors.
Able to remain calm, focused, and professional during busy periods or when handling challenging situations.

Eligibility to work in the UK.
Confident in using computers, web based systems, and office software, with the ability to identify and report technical issues clearly.
Previous experience in a customer service environment, ideally within a fast paced or multi channel support team.
Positive attitude with the ability to take ownership of issues until resolved.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Confident assisting customers over the telephone.
