a fast-growing food chain specialising in desi tea, hot drinks and street food globally.

We are looking for a friendly, patient and courteous assistant to join our team at our

Chaiiwala Feltham store

. Our ideal candidate has a passion for tea/hot drinks & street food and enjoys serving customers with a smile. We pride ourselves on providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for our customers, and we need you to help us make that happen.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the shop and provide them with outstanding service.
- Assist customers with their orders and provide insightful recommendations based on their preferences.
- Prepare and serve a variety of tea/hot drinks & street food , ensuring that they are brewed to perfection.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, as well as keep the shop tidy and presentable.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies when needed.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Learn about the different types of tea/hot drinks & street food we offer, including their flavour profiles and brewing methods.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in kitchen & customer service, ideally in a food or beverage setting.
- Passionate about tea/hot drinks & street food and eager to learn more.
- Friendly, patient, and approachable personality.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
