Front of House / Customer Service Coordinator
to join our team.
Our established team based in Swanwick delivers award winning service for owners, boatyards and boatbuilders on a wide variety of projects. We are as comfortable working with yacht racing teams on cutting edge projects as we are helping the owner of a cruiser get a slightly more comfortable sailing experience.
You will be a trusted point of contact for the customer, our suppliers, and everything in between. You will enjoy handling enquires from multiple points of contact and keeping customers updated on ongoing projects whilst coordinating bookings and site visits with our skilled rigging team. You will be well supported in your role by an experienced team in a well-established national marine company. There will be plenty of opportunity to develop your own marine industry knowledge, work with industry leading brands and learn new skills along the way.
Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills will be vital to your success in this exciting and varied role.
You will be:
The first point of contact for customers, visitors, and suppliers
Answering and managing incoming calls and emails professionally
Coordinating customer enquiries, bookings, and site visits
Liaising closely with the wider rigging team
Maintaining accurate customer records and job information
Supporting administration, invoicing, and general office tasks
You will have:
Previous experience in customer service, front of house, or administration
A professional, friendly, and confident communication style
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Good IT skills (email, spreadsheets, basic systems)
A proactive attitude and genuine focus on customer experience
(Marine industry experience is essential.)
