Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the practice and assist them with check-in procedures.
Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring an efficient booking system.
Manage patient records, including updating personal information and maintaining confidentiality.
Handle incoming calls, addressing inquiries and directing calls to appropriate staff members as needed.
Process payments
Assist with the coordination of patient referrals and follow-up appointments.
Maintain a clean and organised reception area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available.
Collaborate with dental team to ensure smooth operations within the practice.
