We are currently seeking a Lead Front of House & Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role is integral to ensuring seamless patient interactions, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall efficiency and growth of our practice.

Main Purposes of the Job:



Enhance Patient Experience:

Create a welcoming environment and provide exceptional customer service to ensure every patient has a positive experience from the moment they enter our practice.

Facilitate Treatment Coordination:

Act as a liaison between patients and our dental team, assisting in treatment plan coordination, scheduling appointments, and ensuring patients understand their recommended treatments.

Maximise Sales and Efficiency:

Implement strategies to increase sales and optimise appointment scheduling, contributing to the growth and success of the practice.

Maintain Professionalism and Compliance:

Uphold high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with practice protocols and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Care:

Greet patients warmly, handle inquiries, and address concerns with empathy and professionalism. Employ effective conflict resolution techniques when necessary.

Treatment Coordination:

Assist patients in understanding treatment plans, scheduling appointments, and coordinating follow-up care. Utilise effective selling techniques to enhance treatment plan acceptance.

Appointment Management:

Efficiently manage the appointment diary, ensuring optimal utilisation of time and minimising gaps in the schedule.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate patient records, manage invoices and receipts, and ensure compliance with administrative protocols.

Communication:

Effectively communicate with patients, visitors, and the dental team to ensure smooth operation of the practice and exceptional patient care.

Sales and Marketing:

Proactively engage in sales and marketing efforts to promote services and increase patient engagement and retention.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and practice operations.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, ensuring smooth operation of the front desk and treatment coordination processes.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, team members, and external stakeholders.

Pay is dependent on experience and candidates must be comfortable with working late hours finishing up to 8:30pm.

10 hour shift 12 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability

London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
