Main Purpose:



To act pro-actively, ensuring all public and back of house areas of the site are safe and secure, protecting the property and people and meeting the high standards and specification set by the company. To react with an immediate and appropriate response to incidents and to ensure that Health, Safety and security standards are delivered and maintained.

Front desk duties, including answering telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information, logging visitors in and out via the visitors' book. Support in the day-to-day supervision of the daily operations while taking pride in your job delivering excellent customer service to visitors, tenants and colleagues.

Main Duties:



Liaise with the management to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the building Answering all calls/visitors to reception and dealing appropriately and in a welcoming and professional manner. Arrange to carry out all daily checks in conjunction with the management Support to ensure the cleaning standards are of the highest standards thereby delivering a clean and safe environment for all visitors & tenants onsite and always report any issues found direct to the management straight away. To ensure the landscaped areas are well maintained and report any issues found direct to the management straight away. To carry out a daily inspection of entrances internal, external and car parks. Ensure all Health & Safety checks are carried out as requested by management Prevent, detect and investigate; disturbances, offences on site, signs of intrusion, ensure security of doors and gates and that no unauthorised personnel enter restricted areas therefore creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors. Accurately reporting all incidents, writing reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as property damage, presence of unauthorised persons, requests for assistance or unusual occurrences. Responding to emergency situations as they arise, liaising with the emergency services, police, ambulance and fire service to resolve issues and maintain security and service, directing emergency vehicles and other traffic on site. Ensure deliveries, visitors and contractors are properly recorded on site and effective control takes place on access and egress. Log and store lost property in line with procedures Testing the fire alarm systems including the setting and disengaging of the alarm panel, and the activation of the call points, dealing promptly with alarm activations. To undertake other miscellaneous duties relating to general service, as requested by management Adherence to strict levels of confidentiality in respect of tenants and customers. Update and change poster sites as and when required Deliver newsletters and communication to tenants Make sure tenants and visitors are parking in the assigned spaces Support management with viewing requests from agents Maintain positive working relationships with all tenants

Requirements, Skills and Qualifications:



Basic competency with IT and technology Working knowledge of entrepreneurial, fast paced, flexible retail/office environment To be able to communicate with customers, colleagues and visitors fluently in English Observant and able to complete accurate reports To have a working knowledge of own Health and Safety responsibilities Fire Marshall duties First aid trained

Pay: 30,513.60 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday No weekends
