Front Of House
Job Description
We are a fast growing American style restaurant in the Walton area of Liverpool. With expansion imminent we are looking for competent front of house staff to come and work in our flagship store.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide assistance with their orders
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Bag items for customers
- Ensure the front area is clean and organised
- Assist in restocking products at the checkout counters
- Follow food safety regulations when handling food items
-Make milkshakes
-Answer the phone and take orders
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food preparation and food safety guidelines
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
