We are expanding to Liverpool and we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff member to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a warm welcome. You will play a crucial part in creating a positive dining experience, assisting with various tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of our establishment.

Duties

Greet and assist customers as they arrive, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met. Help with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards at all times. Have a keen eye for aesthetically presented food is essential. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Handle cash and card transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and dining spaces. Collaborate with staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to customers. Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements

Prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry. Skilled in food preparation and production. Strong organisational abilities and capacity to multitask in fast-paced environments. A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to exceptional guest service. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team environment. A keen understanding of food safety practices is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately.
