We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar and restaurant. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining a smooth and efficient front-of-house environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a keen understanding of food safety and kitchen operations.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, ensuring high standards of service are consistently met. Oversee food preparation and presentation to guarantee compliance with food safety regulations. Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries to enhance the dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and quality control. Train and mentor new staff members in hospitality practices and operational procedures. Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, adhering to health and safety standards.

Skills

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and staff. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the dining experience for guests.

Pay: 15,000.00-35,000.00 per year
