You'll be responsible for opening and closing the store, ensuring smooth daily operations, and driving retail and service sales through excellent customer service and front-desk management.
Key Responsibilities:
Open and close the salon, ensuring all procedures and checklists are completed.
Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism.
Coordinate the appointment book and manage scheduling for stylists and technicians.
Drive retail and service sales by recommending products and promoting salon services.
Supervise daily front-desk activities and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
Manage inventory of retail products and back-bar supplies; assist with restocking and reordering as needed.
Support the salon team by handling client concerns and solving day-to-day operational issues.
Track sales goals and contribute to achieving monthly performance targets.
Ensure adherence to salon policies, health and safety regulations, and exceptional customer service standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a salon, spa, or retail environment preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proven ability to drive sales and meet goals.
Reliable, punctual, and organized.
Comfortable handling opening and closing responsibilities independently.
Familiar with POS systems and appointment scheduling software.
