Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Front of House Manager to lead our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction Recruit, train, and manage FOH staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment Manage reservations, coordinate events, and handle customer inquiries and feedback Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure cohesive service delivery Implement marketing initiatives to promote the venue and increase patronage? Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a pub or restaurant setting Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Exceptional customer service abilities Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed A personal licence to sell alcohol (or willingness to obtain one)

Desirable Attributes

Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and reservation platforms Knowledge of local suppliers and community engagement strategies Creative approach to event planning and promotional activities?

Pay: 30,000.00-33,500.00 per year
