We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests while managing the front of house team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in hospitality, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
We are a very busy establishment therefore we are looking for someone with lots of previous experience within a manager position.
Duties
Supervise and coordinate front of house staff, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality are maintained at all times.
Manage team rotas, ordering, training, and development to enhance performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front and back of house.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, bar, and service stations.
Implement strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels for food and beverage supplies, placing orders as necessary.
Experience
The successful candidate will have:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong culinary knowledge with experience in food preparation and cooking preferred.
Demonstrated ability in team management and leadership within a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with food safety standards and practices.
