Location: Salisbury & Southampton, with regular travel to Winchester, Bournemouth and Poole.

We are seeking an organised, proactive and professional Front of House Manager & Facilities Assistant to join our Facilities Team. This dual-focused role combines leading our Front of House service with hands-on support for facilities operations across all office locations. About the Role
As Front of House Manager, you will lead and support the Front of House team, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for staff, clients and visitors. You will manage daily cover, maintain excellent reception standards, support training and development, and drive continuous improvements to processes and procedures.
As Facilities Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth running of the office environment. You will support day-to-day facilities operations, health and safety and sustainability activities, liaise with suppliers and contractors, assist with workspace setup for new starters, and provide cover for the Facilities Manager when required.
A full UK driving licence is essential. You must also be willing to be on-call for out-of-hours emergencies across multiple office locations when providing absence cover for the Facilities Manager.
