Responsibilities
Overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and food quality.
Support team management by training, mentoring, and motivating staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Participate in food preparation and culinary tasks as needed, demonstrating a strong understanding of kitchen operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
Help maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant environment.
Skills
Proven experience in a culinary or hospitality role, with knowledge of food preparation techniques.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and staff.
A solid understanding of restaurant operations, including bartending experience being advantageous.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
