Front of House Manager
, you'll play a critical role in creating outstanding first impressions and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. We're ideally looking for someone with experience in high-end
hotels, restaurants, gyms, or luxury service environments
who's ready for their next big opportunity.
What You'll Do:
Be the warm, confident presence that welcomes every patient into the clinic
Oversee front desk operations and ensure exceptional patient experiences at every touchpoint
Manage clinicians' and nurses' diaries, appointments, and treatment flow to optimise clinic performance
Lead and motivate your front-of-house team to deliver five-star service, every single day
Take ownership of daily operational tasks, problem-solving and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly
Maintain an immaculate environment aligned with the premium standards of our brand
What We're Looking For:
A polished, proactive and personable professional with experience in high-end service settings
Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to put people at ease
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and an ability to manage shifting priorities
A self-motivated leader who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment
Previous experience managing front-of-house, guest relations, or operations in luxury hospitality, fitness or healthcare is highly desirable
