Pay Rate: 10.00 - 12.50 excluding tips

Hours: 40 - 45 per week (hours are negotiable)

For our newest Newcastle location, we're looking for an experienced and adaptable Full Time Front of House to lead the launch and shape the future of this exciting new site. If you're ready to take the next step in your career and be part of a vibrant, expanding team, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities:

Welcome and seat guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and well looked after. Take food and drink orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar. Serve meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner. Handle payments, issue receipts, and manage bills efficiently. Keep dining areas, tables, and service stations clean, tidy, and well-presented. Deliver excellent customer service, responding to guest needs and resolving any issues promptly.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Good organisational and multitasking abilities Basic numeracy skills for handling payments Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not essential (training provided)
