Front of House Receptionist
to support our
Front of House Manager
in the smooth running of our Altrincham/Knutsford clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet all clients with professionalism and warmth, creating a five-star first impression
Handle enquiries across phone, email, and in person
Manage inbound calls and make proactive follow-up calls to clients and new enquiries
Support the Front of House Manager with reception duties, diary management, stock control, and financial transactions
Carry out general administrative tasks and help coordinate daily clinic operations
Take initiative to troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues
Learn and support multiple roles/functions across the clinic when needed
Required Experience:
Previous experience in a similar reception/administrative role desirable but not essential
Experience within healthcare, recruitment, or medical sales would be an advantage
Required Skills:
Well-presented, professional, and articulate
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Empathetic, approachable, and client-focused
Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
Additional Pay & Benefits:
Commission & Bonus: On average, current staff earn an additional 5,000-6,000 per year
Opportunity for this to increase further as the business grows

Schedule:
Full-time, 8-hour shifts
Flexibility to cover 2 weeknights until 8pm
Role primarily based in Knutsford, with occasional cover in Harrogate if needed
Part-time applications also welcome, subject to hours/days
Experience (preferred, not essential):
Medical Receptionist: 1 year
Medical Secretaries & Receptionists: 1 year
Work Location:
In person - Altrincham/Knutsford.
While the role is primarily based in our Altrincham/Knutsford clinic, candidates should be made aware at interview stage that occasional cover may be required at our Harrogate clinic, depending on business needs and where the candidate is based. Flexibility here is a bonus but not an everyday requirement.

Pay: 26,000.00 per year
