We have an exciting opportunity available to work alongside our amazing existing Front of house teams in Pitlochry & Dunkeld. We are looking for someone with outstanding customer service skills to provide our patients with the excellent service they deserve when visiting our friendly dental practices.

Permanent position, part-time position.

This position is dual-site between our Dunkeld and Pitlochry practices.

Monday & Wednesday 8.15am-5.15pm (Pitlochry) & Tuesday 2pm-7.15pm (Dunkeld)

The Job Role:



Meet and greet patients in a professional and friendly manner Ensuring the smooth running of the Front of House Coordinating, booking and re scheduling appointments Liaise with Dental Nurses and Dentist regarding Lab work, treatment plans and finance applications Answering the telephone Checking and replying to emails from patients Update contact notes with patient communication Ensuring all practice-to-practice communication is done via email Daily banking & cashing up Working with Front of House team and Dental Nurses to maintain Front of House protocols Completion of tasks given by Practice Manager and Patient Care Hub

The role suits an individual who:



Has excellent communication skills and be empathetic to patient's needs Is well organised Understand the importance of excellent customer service and always willing to go that extra mile. Works well on their own and has experience of working as part of a team Has a positive and friendly attitude Have good literacy and IT skills. Working comfortably in Microsoft office, including word, excel & Outlook. Be professional, enthusiastic about the practice values Able to perform under pressure
Previous healthcare experience is not required, however, a customer facing role would be advantageous.
