We have an exciting new vacancy for a Front of House Receptionist to join our team at The Grand Blackpool Hotel. Located on Blackpool's famous North Promenade, this central Blackpool hotel boasts 274 bedrooms and is just a short walk from Blackpool centre.

Your duties will include:
Welcoming guests and checking guests in and out on front of house system. Advising guests and visitors of the hotels facilities. Being the point of contact for our guests during their stay. Answering the telephone, making reservations, taking payments, reconciling the shift and balancing floats. Taking payments including VCC charges. Room allocation and liaison with management / other departments.
The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and possess excellent communication skills. You will be the first point of contact in our hotel, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that all interactions reflect our commitment to exceptional service. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given.
