We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Centre Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Duties
Handle incoming calls from patients in a professional manner, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Provide accurate information regarding NHS and private services, addressing patient queries and concerns promptly.
Perform data entry tasks efficiently, ensuring all patient interactions are recorded accurately in the system.
Analyse patient needs and offer appropriate solutions, including upselling additional products or services when suitable.
Maintain a positive attitude while managing high call volumes, ensuring each -patients feels valued.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall patient experience.
Assist in training new staff members as required.
Booking in patients for appointments as required.
Other ad hoc tasks as and when required from different departments within Head Office.
Improve reviews online with patients and encourage patients to post their experiences with us online.
Ad hoc tasks around the office.
Help support Head Office Receptionist when on leave.
Requirements
Proficiency in English is essential; multilingual or bilingual skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with patients effectively.
Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is an advantage.
Familiarity with data entry systems and basic computer skills- desirable with EXACT dental software.
Ability to analyse information and provide solutions based on patient needs.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the business- flexible on hours and days.
Monday-Friday typical hours of 8.30am-5.30pm, with weekends required on occasion.
