Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and personable

Front of House Sales and Marketing Executive

to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and prospective customers. This dynamic role blends front-of-house responsibilities with sales and marketing support to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience, both in-person and online.

Key Responsibilities:

Front of House:

Greet and welcome all visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, presentable, and well-stocked. Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries efficiently and professionally. Schedule appointments, manage meeting rooms, and provide administrative support to the wider team. Provide general office support including post, deliveries, and stock management.
Sales:

Assist in identifying new sales opportunities through walk-ins, enquiries, and local outreach. Promote company products/services to potential clients both in-person and via phone/email. Maintain accurate records of client interactions using the company's CRM system. Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
Marketing:

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions. Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and responding to enquiries. Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as flyers, email newsletters, and signage. Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics. Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer preferences.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a front of house, sales, or marketing role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, professional, and well-presented. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with CRM or marketing software. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable:

Experience in digital marketing and social media management. Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus. Sales or marketing qualification desirable but not essential.

Pay: 24,000.00-33,000.00 per year
