We are looking for a Front of house server / Kitchen Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the kitchen staff with food preparation, cleaning, and serving customers front of house. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a strong attention to detail. They should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to follow instructions accurately, while demonstarting their own initiative. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the food industry.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitise all kitchen equipment and surfaces.

Confidently serve customers front of house.

Assist with food preparation.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment ensuring kitchen is clean at all times.

Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to.

Follow instructions from the head chef or other staff members.

Take orders over the counter and over the phone.

Keep on top of online orders.

Be able to effectively communicate with other staff members and customers.

Be able to use your initiative and complete tasks without being told.
