Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our front of house team. In this role, you will help oversee daily operations at the restaurant , ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Working alongside the owners you will be responsible for supervising staff and maintaining high standards of service excellence. We are looking for a team leader who can manage shifts when the bosses are away!
Your leadership will help foster a positive work environment while driving team performance.
We open Tuesday -Saturday so guaranteed Sunday and Monday off
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise front of house staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
Provide training and support to new team members, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient communication between teams.
Skills
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team..
Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team management.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of service.
Knowledge of bartending, barista skills and experience of working in a busy restaurant.
