As a Front End Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers in a hospitality setting. Your role involves providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for all patrons.
Duties
- Greet customers as they enter the establishment - Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products or services - Process customer orders accurately and efficiently - Handle cash and card transactions at the front desk - Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front end area - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant environments is advantageous - Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial - Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus - Bartending skills are desirable for this role
