Summary
As Front of House Staff, you will be essential in delivering outstanding hospitality and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Reporting to the Front of House Manager, your core responsibilities will include serving customers, managing dining areas, and providing exceptional service. Your premium skills in catering will enhance our events, while relevant experience in food preparation and safety will ensure compliance with health standards. With your background in restaurant operations and barista experience, you will contribute significantly to our team's success in creating memorable dining experiences.
Qualifications
Proven experience in serving and hospitality roles
Strong catering skills and knowledge of food preparation
Previous restaurant experience, enhancing customer service abilities
Barista experience preferred, with an understanding of coffee preparation
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate catering services for events.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests regarding menu items and specials.

Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
