We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Your role will encompass various responsibilities, including assisting with catering, bartending, and maintaining food safety standards. Duties
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Assist with catering services, including setting up and breaking down events.
Provide bartending services, preparing and serving beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, ensuring all food safety protocols are adhered to.
Support food preparation as needed, assisting kitchen staff during busy periods.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, communicating effectively with both guests and kitchen staff.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve any issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during service periods.
Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
