We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff member to join our vibrant team. Duties

Greet and welcome customers as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food preparation and presentation as required. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Support bartending duties when needed, including mixing drinks and serving cocktails. Participate in training sessions to enhance hospitality skills and knowledge of menu items.

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and hospitality. Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is essential. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is essential. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. Experience in bartending or food preparation is a plus but not mandatory.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 11.44-14.00 per hour
