Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring exceptional service. Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Assist with food preparation and presentation to ensure high standards of quality. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer needs promptly. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales. Support bartending duties as required, including mixing drinks and serving beverages. Adhere to all food safety regulations and best practices to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. Assist with catering events as needed, providing excellent service to guests during special occasions.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety standards is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting. A friendly disposition with a passion for helping others and providing outstanding customer service. Experience in bartending or catering is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.40-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
