We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations to enhance the dining experience through upselling. Serve food and beverages with attention to detail, ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety regulations at all times. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and communication regarding orders. Demonstrate strong time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively during busy periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Experience in serving or culinary roles is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Time management skills are crucial for managing busy shifts effectively. We are open 7 days per week 6am - 4pm with the ideal candidate working 4/5 days per week, this will include weekends. No evenings or split shifts.

Pay: 24,420.00-31,661.39 per year
