Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a warm welcome. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of hospitality, including food safety, food preparation, and bartending, all while maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere.

Duties

Greet and assist guests as they arrive, providing a welcoming environment. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Prepare food items in accordance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality service. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales. Assist with catering events as required, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Provide support in bartending duties when necessary, mixing drinks according to standard recipes. Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene at all times.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is essential. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. A team player who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. A passion for hospitality and a desire to provide excellent customer service.
