We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar or FOH Staff to join our vibrant team. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety. Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding guest services by engaging with customers and ensuring their needs are met. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks. Assist with food preparation in accordance with food safety regulations. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the bar and kitchen areas. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support smooth operations during service.

Experience

Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is preferred; training may be provided for those new to the industry. Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting. A culinary background or interest in food preparation is a plus.

Pay: 11.44-13.32 per hour
