We are a brand new butchery & rotisserie in the heart of beautiful Hampstead. We are looking for FOH professionals who can help lead this incredible concept. Harley's will be pushing the boundaries within the world of food retails and with direct links to Txuleta Wholesale and Ibai restaurant it's going to be a very exciting journey.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Assist with food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring high-quality service throughout the dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customer concerns. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales as required. Support catering events as needed, assisting with setup, service, and breakdown.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of bartending practices is advantageous for those interested in bar service roles. Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation is desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers and team members. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude towards helping others and providing outstanding service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: 30,500.00-35,000.00 per year
