We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a vital part of our establishment, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a warm welcome. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Provide support to bartenders, including drink preparation and serving. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, ensuring a welcoming environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Assist in catering events as required, contributing to the overall success of the service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and a friendly disposition are essential for this role. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. A passion for food preparation and bartending would be advantageous.

Pay: From 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 42 per week
