We at The Hideaway Kitchen want everyone that leaves the restaurant to feel like they have had a great experience and a large part that is down to our front of house team - which is why we're on the hunt for a creative and fun individual who is passionate about good service, good food and good vibes!

You must be available to work at weekends (and sometimes the occasional shift throughout the week) - work will average between 4 and 12 hours per week. The Hideaway Kitchen is an independent restaurant business operating within the Redbrick outlet, and as such is open no later than 6pm daily, meaning no evening work (!!!), but daytime availability is a must.

Other aspects of the role will include:

You will be required to work in all aspects of the restaurant from customer service, barista & drinks work, serving & clearing tables, operating the till, opening and closing FOH tasks.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with bartending practices and food preparation techniques is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred to ensure compliance in all operations. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team environment. A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
