Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a warm welcome. Your role will encompass various responsibilities that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment, whether in a restaurant, catering service, or bar setting.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour. Assist with seating arrangements and ensure guests are comfortable. Take and process orders accurately while providing menu recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Assist in bartending duties when required, including preparing beverages and serving drinks.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or catering environments is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food preparation techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Team player with a proactive approach to assisting colleagues and guests alike. Bartending experience is a plus, along with a passion for providing outstanding service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
