Overview
We are seeking a Front End Associate to join our team in a bustling hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a background in bartending, food safety, catering, and restaurant operations.
Duties
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide helpful guidance
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation at the front end area
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff for smooth food preparation and delivery
Skills
- Experience in bartending or hospitality industry is essential
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to help out in various front-end tasks as needed
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: 60.00-70.00 per day
