Front Of House Supervisor
Job Description
The Oaks is a Traditional Pub with Restaurant and Bedrooms set just outside of the Historical Alnwick Town Centre, a popular Tourist Destination. We have a Restaurant, Small Function Room and Bar Area available for Dining as well as a Large Outdoor Area.
We're looking to add a Front of House Supervisor to our team.
Experience in a similar role is essential.
Shifts will vary over Days/Evenings/Weekdays/Weekends.
You should have good time keeping skills and be reliable.
You will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service to all of our guests and will approach this with a hands on, lead by example attitude.
Daily tasks will include but not be limited to:
Opening/Closing Shifts
Serving Food & Drinks
Taking Orders
Dealing with Customer Feedback
Cash Handling/Card Payments
Taking Bookings in Person & Over the Phone
Monitoring Online Booking Systems
Communicating with Other Departments
Maintaining Cellar Organisation
You well be able to work well as part of a team and cope under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
Work Location: In person
