We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front of house area, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service in a welcoming environment. Your leadership skills will be crucial in managing the team and maintaining high standards of hospitality, food safety, and overall guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily front of house operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
Lead, train, and motivate front of house staff to provide outstanding customer service.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimise guest flow.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and quality control.
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
Proven leadership experience in a hospitality setting, preferably within a restaurant, hotel or public house environment.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Experience in food preparation and production processes.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to supervise effectively.
A passion for hospitality with a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
